DUR DOUX SHOP PURCHASE, SHIPPING, PAYMENT POLICIES

Full payment must be made upon executing your purchase; if not using Shopify alternative payment programs.  Shipping for Ready-To-Wear is Free.  No refunds or returns unless major defect is validated.

RED CARPET SHOP

SALES ARE FINAL, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF VALID DEFECTS; NO REFUNDS.  REPLACEMENT MAY BE OFFERED IF MAJOR DEFECT IS VALIDATED.

THERE IS A $20.00 SHIPPING SURCHARGE ADDED TO RED CARPET PURCHASES DUE TO OVERSIZED CONTAINER AND WEIGHT.

DESIGNS ARE SUBJECT DELIVERY WITHIN 30-60 DAYS OF FULL PAYMENT.

READY-TO-WEAR AND RED CARPET SHOPS

All items are subject to delivery within 30-60 Days of Full Payment.  Your address/contact information must be complete and correct.  Errors made by you that result in delays or resending your order will be at your expense.
