14 DAYS RETURN POLICY

We will gladly accept exchanges or refunds on all items within 14 days upon reception.

Returns are only accepted if the swimsuit or garment is unworn, unwashed and if the sealed link and swing tags are still attached to it.

The item needs to be returned with its original plastic pouch.

WE DO NOT OFFER EXCHANGE OR RETURN ON SALES PRODUCTS.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL

HOW TO SHIP BACK ?

Shipping costs for sending the parcel back to us are the responsibility of the customer. You can send back using your preferential postal method with tracking, it’s the responsibility  of the customer to make sure the package arrives at our warehouse. 

Please contact us at info@durdoux.com to notify us, let us know which model you wish to send back.

 Allow 3-5 days for processing upon reception before getting your refund.
We will proceed with your refund with the same method you have paid. 


UPS Shipping costs from the original payment are non-refundable.
